THE COMPANY

The company KAORI ENGINEERING SERVICES formerly EJS ENGINEERING & EQUIPMENT FABRICATOR, a single proprietorship duly registered and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, provides Engineering and Project Management Services for the Housing, Land Development and Infrastructure Projects, Roads and Highways, Telecom Projects in the country.

It was established by a Filipino entrepreneur assisted by close associates who are experienced in designing and implementing variety of Civil / Structural, Architectural, and Electromechanical Projects of which some are considered landmark facilities.

Its technical staff and network of consultants ensure that projects are conceptualized, developed and implemented using state of the art technologies and practices not only in the Philippines but also throughout the industrial nations.

KAORI ENGINEERING SERVICES is devoted providing excellent client-contractor relationship through the principles of thorough communication, teamwork, responsiveness, and trust and quality performances.

Also, it will be a premier source in providing total quality engineering and project management services, standards of quality and consistent with responsible business and social practices.

In carrying out the required services, the company maintains close coordination with the client to ensure that they are well informed of every aspect of the works, hold regular meeting with the steering committee to ensure that they are well informed of every aspect or the scope of works, hold regular meeting to discuss and resolve any problem encountered during the implementation of the project.

The integrity and accuracy of the conduct of the services greatly rely on the competence of the professionals to be deployed. Hence, assigns personnel who are best qualified for the positions. In selecting these personnel, due consideration is given not only to the task assigned and suitability of their acquired experience, but also to their  flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies and to their ability to work as a team which will greatly contribute to a smooth and efficient coordination and communication.

The company always encourages the client to assign counterparts to the assigned key staff and personnel, so that there will be a transfer of skills and technologies from the company to the client for the timely completion of the contract and services.
